Q01 Screen printing vs. Direct-to-Film - which do I need?
All orders placed online are automatically produced with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing - great for full-colour designs with no minimum. Screen printing is the better choice for large runs of the same logo: richer, more durable ink and a lower per-unit cost at volume.
Q02 Is there a minimum order?
Yes - screen printing requires a minimum of 500 units per logo. Need fewer? Order online and we'll produce it with DTF, no minimum required.
Q03 Can you match my exact brand colours?
Absolutely. Our ink mixers colour-match to your Pantone references so your brand stays consistent across the entire run.
Q04 What artwork do you need from me?
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) give the cleanest result, but send whatever you have and our designers will advise. We provide a proof for approval before printing.
Q05 How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 6-10 business days after proof approval. Working to an event deadline? Tell us the date and we'll let you know what's possible.
