Q01 What does a portal cost to set up?
Pricing depends on program scope. For most groups, production and fulfillment are built into product pricing rather than charged as a platform fee. We walk through exact numbers on your intro call - before you commit to anything.
Q02 Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We produce and ship across both Canada and the US - to individual addresses or in bulk to one location. Cross-border programs are something we run day to day.
Q03 Is there a minimum order?
Print-on-demand items have no minimum - one hoodie is a valid order. Bulk-decorated items (screen printing, embroidery) are batched for quality and price, so they carry group minimums we set with you up front.
Q04 Who controls the products and branding?
You do. We curate the catalog together, artwork and placements are locked, and nothing goes live without your approval - so every item that ships is on-brand.
Q05 Can the store be private?
Yes. Portals can be fully public, password-protected, or invite-only - whatever fits your company, campus, team, or dealer network.
Q06 How long until we're live?
Once garments and artwork are approved, most portals go live within a couple of weeks. Campaign stores with a hard deadline can move faster - tell us your date and we'll build the timeline around it.
