Why Embroidery

Stitched in.Never washed out.

01

Premium on sight

Thread has weight, texture, and depth. An embroidered logo reads as uniform and retail - not promo swag.

02

It outlives the garment

Stitched into the fabric, not sitting on top of it. Nothing to crack, peel, or fade in the wash.

03

Digitized in-house

Our team maps every stitch, direction, and density to your artwork and your fabric - so small text stays legible and edges stay clean.

04

Your brand colours, in thread

We match thread codes to your Pantone references and lock them to your file, so every reorder comes back identical.

05

Built for heavier goods

Caps, polos, fleece, jackets, blankets, and totes - the pieces where embroidery outperforms print every time.

06

Approve before we stitch

You sign off on a proof before production, and we can run a physical sew-out on request. No surprises on the floor.

PRINT / THREAD

Why brands switch to thread.

Printed logo: Fades, cracks, and peels after a season of washing.

Embroidered logo: Stitched into the fabric - it lasts as long as the garment.

Printed logo: Reads as giveaway swag.

Embroidered logo: Reads as uniform, retail, and premium.

Printed logo: Struggles on fleece, knits, and structured caps.

Embroidered logo: Thrives on exactly those fabrics.

Printed logo: Colour drifts between production runs.

Embroidered logo: Thread codes locked to your file - reorders match.

The Craft - How It's Made
01

Digital design

We turn your artwork into a stitch file built for embroidery. Every thread colour, direction, density, and path is mapped before production begins.

02

Stitching

Once approved, your design goes on the machine. Thread by thread, the artwork is stitched into the garment with precision and consistency.

03

Finishing

After stitching, we trim loose threads, remove excess backing, and clean up every detail so the final piece looks sharp and polished.

04

Packed & ready

Each garment is inspected, folded, and packed with care. Your order is complete and ready to ship or hand off.

Questions & Next Step

The details,answered.

Q01 Embroidery or printing - which do I need?

Embroidery is the premium, permanent option: best on caps, polos, fleece, jackets, and anywhere you want a logo that reads as uniform. Printing wins for large full-colour graphics, big front prints, and lightweight tees. Send us the design and the garment - we'll tell you honestly which one will look better.

Q02 Is there a minimum order?

Embroidery starts at 12 pieces per design. Need fewer, or want a full-colour graphic instead? Order online and we'll produce it with direct-to-film printing, no minimum required.

Q03 What is digitizing, and do I have to pay for it every time?

Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machines can read - it's a one-time setup per design. Once your file exists, we keep it on record, so every reorder runs from the same file at no extra setup.

Q04 What artwork do you need from me?

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) give the cleanest result, but send whatever you have and our designers will advise. We'll let you know if fine details or small text need to be simplified to stitch well, and you approve a proof before production.

Q05 What can you embroider on?

Caps and beanies, polos, tees, hoodies and fleece, jackets, workwear, bags, towels, and blankets. We can source the blanks for you or embroider garments you supply.

Q06 How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 6-10 business days after proof approval. Working to an event deadline? Tell us the date and we'll let you know what's possible.
